I was scheduled to attend an Options Express event in Dallas today(Richardson). Options Express was offering a free year subscription to IBD in return for opening an account with $2,500. I was unable to attend the event because for unusual snow and ice problems on the roads. Can I still participate in this promotion by opening a new account per the above requirements. If so, I would be happy to do so.
