I have a good understanding of what arbitrage is. the question now is how does one incorporate the concept into a clause in a legally binding contract.

for example, there is an investor who would like to raise a financial instrument. In order to do so he wants 0% risk during the window period in which the instrument is raised. The risks he would face is the fluctuations in currency rates as well as commodity price.

Looking forward to receiving your advice.

Regards

Jud
